Last night it was my boyfriends E’s very fancy birthday party. So, instead of buying a normal card or flowers I wanted to surprise him with home-baked chocolate cookies.

I used the recipe for double chocolate cookies from the Hummingbird Cookbook.

The cookies are surprisingly easy to make, and a guaranteed success to whom ever will receive them
