My mother organized a happy new year get together with the family last Sunday. Because of the birthday party the night before, I had

some starting up problems, and so we arrived late to miss half the family, but there was still enough cheese, soup and snacks left.

One slice for me from my sister home-made carrot cake, which was delicious.

and some time left to play with all three of her cats….

It was a good Sunday (although it was shorter then planned)
